Founder of LYLSS
My name is Racquel Chariah, and I am the CEO and Founder of Let Your Light So Shine, a consulting company that partners with nonprofits and community leaders to help them reach their full potential. With over 10 years of experience as an Executive Director in the nonprofit sector, I have gained invaluable expertise in organizational management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Through my company, I have had the privilege of helping numerous nonprofits improve their operations, expand their impact, and better serve their communities.
As a breast cancer survivor, I understand the importance of resilience, determination, and hope. These personal experiences have shaped not only my approach to leadership but also the mission and values of Let Your Light So Shine. I am also a woman of strong faith, which has been a guiding force in both my personal and professional journey. In addition to my work, I am a proud wife and mother to three boys, and I balance my personal and professional life with passion and commitment.
Throughout my career, I have been honored to serve as an advocate for nonprofits and community leaders. Iām passionate about helping organizations thrive by offering insights on leadership development, nonprofit sustainability, and community outreach. My goal is to ensure the organizations I work with are equipped to navigate challenges and make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
